The Cooler Other - an Interstitial 2E Playbook

Yeah, yeah, you’re some sort of clone, a copy, not the original of whatever you are. Big deal. You’re CLEARLY the better version! The Cooler Other is a lot like The Other, but without all that ANGST about being inferior - you know you’re the best! Totally! Definitely.

The Cooler Other began as an alternate take on The Other, and some of its moves echo or use similar concepts to moves from that playbook, especially its Marked Move. Its intended vibe was for Others who think of themselves as being better than their original, and it ended up surprisingly Heart Link heavy. It is inspired by Shadow Link from the Legend of Zelda: Four Sword (Adventures) manga, and... okay it's mostly just Shadow Link.

The Cooler Other is a playbook for Interstitial 2E by Riley Hopkins, who also made the Original The Other playbook as part of that game.
